Susy's Scrumptious Waffles

Linda, You probably didn't write down the recipe because its SO simple!!
What I do is save any stash that would would normaly be poured off at a regular feeding as my waffle stash.

Take out waffle stash evening before & feed it. (Amout depends on how much you need in the AM)

In the AM add small amount of flour and let rest a bit...15-30 minutes.

Then blend add salt and mix in milk to get to a standard pancake batter consistency.  It shouldn't be too thick. If it's too thin then just ad a bit more flour.

Then make your waffles and enjoy!
